Working as a key member of the Payments and Card Services team, you will be responsible for investigating and assessing the impact of change for the Society, (from small departmental process changes through to larger Society-wide changes). Dependent on the size and scope of the change, you will either own the project yourself and manage it through to resolution, represent Payment & Card Services as part of a larger project team or engage and instruct other areas of the Society. You will work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation from IT through to Finance and Financial Crime. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of our existing processes from preparing a business case through to management and successful implementation of the project. This is a high profile role as you will act as the Payment & Card Schemes representative on various Society wide projects. To be a success in this role, it is essential that you have business analysis expertise ideally with a relevant project management or business analysis professional qualification. You will have knowledge and experience, of card and/or payment schemes and systems. You will be highly organised and self motivated, able to manage a number of different priorities.
