Essential Skills
* Strong background being responsible for the functional requirements and consumer journeys of consumer facing websites
* Previous experience of delivering low abandonment, high conversion online checkouts with large online merchants or PSPs
* Strong knowledge of websites that manage complex user scenarios such as registration and authentication elements
* Strong design life cycle experience - business requirements gathering, wireframes, storyboarding, usability, exception management
* Experience of interacting with and supporting development teams in the building out of designed UI's
* Previous experience with large online merchant checkout UI & processes or e-commerce platform/PSP checkout & UI.
* Or previous experience with transaction based online consumer self service portals e.g. credit card or online banking.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and able to lead review sessions
* Experience of working closely with functional owners to design & document product features.
* Experience of large scale application development
* High quality documentation skills.

They are now looking to recruit a Technical Authority to oversee all technical activities. The role focuses on interacting with Member Organisations, working with leading technical teams and business requirements across the Industry to ensure that technical innovation continues to progress and that new opportunities are maximised. With a strong background in Smart Card technology (EMV, Key Management, deep knowledge of smartcard OS ) it is essential you have experience to specification level coupled with strong customer facing skills. You will work closely with leading industry figures to oversee Technical Aspects of Smart Card products, both current and future, ensuring integrity in technical documentation and brand. Key Responsibilities
* Management of all Technical Activities working with Member Organisations
* Close interaction with the Commercial Director and Members to ensure that specifications match business needs and ensuring compliant products enter the market
* An ability and enthusiasm to direct and innovate, driving the technology into expanding existing markets and new markets.
Activities/Tasks
Managing all technical aspects of Member activities
* Leading and directing new initiatives where there is impact on specifications
* Managing the impact of International Standards and becoming our client¹s technical authority on other standards bodies
* Presenting the technology at industry training events and supporting marketing and business development activities from a technical perspective
Managing and maintaining all Technical Documentation Management of type approval, ensuring the integrity and protection of the brand
* Specifying and implementing policies and procedures
* Assessing products submitted by Members to ensure compliance Enhancing participation and awareness from the developer community andproviding high level technical support for the customer service team as required
The position has global reach and will require some domestic travel andinternational travel approximately quarterly.

A Product Manager is required by a market leading Payments Organisation, to join their Commercial Solutions team in London, specifically to develop and implement the product strategy for a Business Debit product.
Key Accountabilities:
• Working within the B2B segment, with a focus on the SME sector, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the product strategy for the Business product programme, including specific responsibility for the Business Debit Product.
• The strategy includes propositions management, you will have responsibility for the end-to-end development and packaging of Business propositions, including developing; maintaining and communicating product & marketing sales support tools.
• In addition, the identification of relevant and new services and on-going development and refreshment of product sales collaterals to support the sale and implementation of the Business product programme.
• A key success component in this role will be to regularly update and train the Relationship Management team and to build the robust business benefits to support the business case.
• You will be required to work proactively with the Relationship Management teams across the European Region to support new issuers and new markets whilst utilising marketing tools to enable existing issuers to grow POS volumes.
Key Skills & Experience:
• The successful applicant will have proven product propositions marketing experience within Commercial Cards & retail banking.
• Experience of developing strategies in a business to business environment with a strong focus on delivery
• Good innovation skills with the ability to recognise the need for change and new ideas
• Clear achievement drive and proven attitude and self-motivation to establish and achieve goals and targets
• Credibility to convince and negotiate with senior bankers; strong relationship skills with the ability to gain confidence of customers, establishing open and effective relationships with all parties
• Budget Management skills are required
• Fluent English and preferably a second EU language. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
