Resourcing Initiatives merges with TalentDelivery

Resourcing Initiatives is merging its Search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing business with TalentDelivery, the UK and Singapore based Payment and Financial Services specialist Human Capital Management consultancy. Mark Lester-Smith, Managing Director of RI will become TalentDelivery’s Senior Vice President, EMEA Search & RPO, and will lead the on-going management and development of the combined companies’ recruitment activities in Europe and the Middle East. Andrew Ellis, President of TalentDelivery and former Head of Human Resource Management and Head of Risk at Visa CEMEA, has known Mark for many years and states “Mark and Resourcing Initiatives bring a wealth of success and experience in recruiting in the Payment Services industry and will be a fantastic addition to the business.
