We are adding a Sales Director to aggressively grow our digital and high-risk merchant segments through both direct and channel partner sales. This role will report to Ethoca’s VP of Sales.
Your Challenge:
• Generate significant revenue growth from our digital and high-risk merchant segments through both direct and channel partner sales.
• Identify and sign-up new channel partners (i.e., Value Added Resellers and Authorized Sales Agents) and generate sales through them to onboard new merchants to Ethoca’s platform.
• Refine the sales process for these merchant categories and provide sales support to channel parties to optimize revenue opportunities.
• Attend segment-specific conferences as well as industry networking and social opportunities with channel partners.
• Actively participate in the continued development/enhancement of the service offering to these merchant categories.
• Prioritize activities and territory management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability, including developing Strategic Account Action Plans.
• Prepare written proposals and deliver presentations to channel partners and direct sales prospects.
• Diligently maintain customer information using CRM.

Development and Quality Process Manager
RDF are seeking a Development and Quality Process Manager for one of their clients who is a market leading domestic and international payment services partner.
The successful candidate will enable the Delivery Team to support the delivery of new products and services and also changes to existing products and services.
Experience is required in the following areas:
• Excellent organisational and personal skills to work with a variety of people
• Solid understanding of strategies and methodologies required to deliver high quality solutions
• Experience in identifying issues that introduce rework and or impact the quality and efficiency of software delivery.
• Ability to lead and manage a small team
• Line management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in order to interact with Senior Management effectively
• Considerable knowledge of software development and associated Software Configuration Management tools and associated processes e.g. Atlassian..
• knowledge of multiple development methodologies i.e. iterative, agile, waterfall
• Strong technical background with hands on development experience using Java and/or Oracle
• Good understanding of release management
• Ability to train and present to internal staff
• Significant experience within a development environment
• Good Influencing & negotiating skills
• Track record in process improvement
The following experience is desirable for this position:
• Intermediate knowledge of project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the financial service industry, particularly within payments processing

A Bacs Payment Processing Reviewer is required by a leading financial services company, specifically to undertake detailed security reviews of commercial Bacs Payments Processes at external clients.
Key Accountabilities:
• To carry out detailed reviews of external clients
organisation;
computer operations and systems;
Bacs payments processing.
• To communicate effectively with clients management and staff. For instance in:
stating the purpose, format and procedure of a review;
assisting clients with initial queries or uncertainties;
conducting the inspection interviews;
resolution of disagreements on review findings or other issues
identifying and proposing practical, improved security procedures and controls.
• To manage the scheduling of client reviews and related tasks within budget and deadlines.
• To report regularly to the Senior Manager, Operations, Risk and Compliance and to recognise and escalate key issues as appropriate.
• To provide formal evaluation reports
• To ensure all necessary information is recorded and maintained on the system accurately and in a timely manner.
• To review legal and regulatory guidelines and technical developments to ensure the questionnaire is comprehensive and relevant to clients processing Bacs transactions.
• To identify enhancements to information requirements or to the recording and analytical system.
• To define and implement improved methods of operation and control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all recorded information.
• The job requires frequent travel to clients
• You will generally be expected to be present in the London office for one day per month, but exact frequency to be determined by business needs
Key Skills & Experience:
• Have considerable breadth of knowledge of business practice & risks, IT systems & controls and physical systems & controls, gained either in a Business, IT or audit environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to liaise with management of external organisations, ranging from one-man businesses to multinational corporations
• Be able to identify potential risks and make recommendations at a practical level based upon the environment in which specific clients operate
• Able to ensure that where changes are recommended, they are understood and accepted by clients
• Experience of in a customer facing role.
