This role will sit in a new function and addition to the product line and will report into one of the organisations Directors. The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the creation and management of the functions payment portal and the organisations expansion into the payment solution space.

The Product Manager will be accountable for the creation of a compelling product proposition and maintaining the definition of the portal, functionality and commercial drivers of the solution.

This is a new addition to the organisation though expectations are high as is the belief that the portal will become increasingly important as an online channel to payment services. This function will become a primary growth driver for the organisation and taking into account the initial stages of development, this is a significant opportunity to help shape the product and the way it is offered to the market.

This is a hands on position with, and a chance to help create and build a brand and identity. Ideally you will have B2C experience and a strong payments or digital background. A wide range of industries will be considered, though it is preferable if you have worked in payments, a dot com environment or consulting and have recent broad financial services experience.

It is important that you have experience with consumer facing web and e-commerce services.

EMV Consultant - needed Preston UK

EMV CONSULTANT
My client, a market leader are recruiting for a EMV Consultant – Smart Cards to advice, project manage and support their clients with the migration to EMV and the exploitation of wider smart card/SIM card capabilities and offerings. You will support EMV strategy (technical), business requirements, solutions, implementation and IT in a customer facing role with International travel. The successful candidate will have a strong background in smartcard, EMV and SIM card systems and programs, having had involvement with banking or financial systems. Your experience should have been gained with a card issuing and/or acquiring bank, transaction processor (e.g. FDI), software vendor (e.g. ACI), card supplier (e.g. Gemalto ) or card scheme (e.g. VISA). You should have a strong overall knowledge of the cards industry. In addition you should have experience in a few of the following areas – card issuing / acquiring strategy, EMV card issuing and personalisation, wider business opportunities for smart cards (e.g. loyalty, RFID and ticketing), risk management, business case for EMV migration, Smartcard Management Systems, Card scheme mandates and strategies, clearing and back-office functions, Smartcard implementation projects. More specifically experience in projects relating to EMV card settings, Contactless, multi applications, PKI, GSM (SIM); EMV devices (ATM and/or point of sale); EMV/SIM-related security, key management and the role of HSM’s; Authorisation processing in an EMV environment; Pin change; EMV Script processing from card and issuer perspective; Card scheme network protocols supporting EMV; the technical aspects of clearing and back-office functions (e.g. chargebacks) in an EMV environment; testing and certification of an EMV-enabled system. You will be responsible for delivery of EMV consulting assignments across a full project lifecycle (understanding clients, EMV awareness, and training, defining options and solutions and delivery). You should be open to working abroad for periods up to 2 weeks; language skills therefore would be advantageous – French and Spanish.

A large international aviation organisation is now looking for an experienced credit card account management/business development professional. This is an international role based out of Montreal.
Also requires fluent Spanish as well as English. Reporting to the Assistant Director - Financial Services and Service Fee, the incumbent will be responsible for managing, in conjunction with the Service Fee Analysts, the end-to-end  Central Support financial and customer service operations for all countries where this service is now operational and centrally supported.
Manage all aspects of implementation of new service fee markets (card settlement contracts, pricing, GDS & BSP Data Processing Center testing) - Create and implement strategies for TASF service expansion into new markets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Must  have a University degree.

Main responsibilities will include:
· Establish and anchor the change project to facilitate transition to the target state and decrease a project's deployment risks.
· Includes defining the target state, identifying change structure roles and responsibilities, assessing and classify impacts of the change on stakeholders and stakeholder groups, defining the appropriate change initiatives to manage the impacts of the change and developing and updating the Change Plan.
· Manage activities in a change project.
· Includes engaging stakeholders in the change effort and ensuring they ready to adopt the coming changes, measuring and reporting change progress, assessing business readiness and supporting change adoption.
· Plan and support labour relations and/or employee relations discussions, as necessary.
· Identify behaviors needed to enable the change and coach and prepare individual leaders to lead the change and facilitate alignment of project objectives among the leaders.

Main responsibilities will include:
· Lead business testing functions on multiple concurrent complex projects
· Evaluate business requirements in devising a business test strategy
· Assess design and implementation options to ensure that the test strategy addresses the full requirement
· Oversee the delivery of pragmatic business and operational design solutions which maximise benefits while achieving the desired business outcomes 
· Assess and design new business change processes, systems, products and services on a change project
· Ensure all governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements are considered during test planning and execution
· Develop and implement new business change processes, systems, products and services to support testing on a change project.
· Provide an aggregate high level view of the combined proposed testing strategies and ensure alignment with the change solution.
· Manage interdependencies across projects/programmes and leverage synergies across projects/programmes to maximise return on investment.
· Review the to-be business process design to understand organisation/role impacts and create role descriptions for business process roles
· Manage and provide objective feedback on Testers during each project ‘assignment’
The successful candidate will understand at a high level the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates, have an overall  understanding of the Financial Services industry as well as  being able to juggle priorities, multi- task and flawlessly execute at speed
