They are now looking to recruit a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their skilled team in Northampton. Working as part of the team you'll be a valued contributor in ensuring the Regulatory Compliance team is seen as a "centre of excellence" for all statutory and voluntary regulatory matters.
As part of this role you will be responsible for enhancing the Compliance Culture within the organisation by developing in conjunction with the Senior Compliance managers and Compliance Director effective relationships with key business areas.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in the post you will have a good understanding and appreciation of statutory and voluntary rules and regulations as they apply in the payments/banking sector, for example in respect of FSA, I(COB), outsourcing and complaints and BCSB.
The successful applicant will be a subject matter expert on the regulatory rules and requirements of their Technical Team and will work closely with the business to ensure all BAU activity/changes and projects within the organisation operate and are set up appropriately.
